I am Ntsieni Sirwali, a dynamic, energetic and passionate young emerging journalist, who grew up in a village called Ha-mabila in Vhembe District, Limpopo.
I completed BA degree in Media Studies and Arts and an honours from the University of Venda. As a media practitioner and a young emerging journalist, I have worked in several organisations such as the University of Venda, where, in 2016, I was working for the Department of Communications and Marketing as a journalist and photographer.
I am also a freelance journalist at Capricorn Voice newspaper, which falls under Northern Media Group, where I research, interview and write articles that are relevant and informative to the local community. I am also a journalist at Successful Woman Magazine where the main focus is to research and profile women of substance and character, women who are agents in their community and women who are ready for economic liberation.
I am currently working as a science and technology journalism intern, hosted by the University of Venda community Radio Station. My responsibilities include research and conduct interviews in relation to science and technology stories, and in addition, I have been given a responsibility to produce a news programme called Current Matters.
