Nomusa Dlamini is a Principal Research Scientist, specialising in food sciences and technology. She is currently the Acting Manager for the Food Safety Programme at CSIR. She has a PhD in Food Science and Technology, and also holds an MSc in Food Sciences. Dr Dlamini has over 20 years’ combined experience in research and academia. She has worked on collaborative projects with local and international partners, authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications and presented at conferences and meetings.
