Tandeka Bafo

Tandeka Bafo is originally from Paarl in the Western Cape. She will be based in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, where she will be honing her skills in writing at Elitsha Newspaper. She obtained her National Diploma in Journalism from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). She completed her BTech in Public Relations Management at the same institution in 2019. Before joining the internship, she worked in different organisations and obtained work experience that she will apply in her new job.

She loves reading. She also loves nature and is an outdoor person. In the future, she would love to travel the world and experience new things that the universe has to offer.writing. She is a very determined young woman, who is passionate about science and empowering disadvantaged youth who are not exposed to much science and technology.
