Young Science Communicators' Competition Prizes
We wish to thank all the participants in this round of the Young Science Communicators’ Competition for the excellent quality of the submissions for written and audio production categories. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to complete the adjudication process in time to award the overall winners with the opportunity to attend the Euroscience Open Forum in Torino, Italy in July; however, this announcement serves as notification that the overall prize for both the written and audio categories will be awarded the opportunity to attend the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. from the 17th to the 21st of February 2011. The AAAS Annual Meeting offers a unique, exciting, interdisciplinary blend of more than 150 symposia, plenary and topical lectures, specialised seminars, poster presentations and Exhibit Hall.
